Job Description:

1. Lead the local automated production line in cooperation with professional automation suppliers, be responsible for the promotion of factory manufacturing automation projects, identify automation-related technical requirements according to the product manufacturing process, propose automation solutions and contact suppliers to organize implementation, installation and commissioning;

2. Responsible for the development and application of factory production automation system solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce costs;

3. According to production process requirements, contact automation suppliers to design and develop non-standard automation equipment, and organize implementation, installation and commissioning;

4. Transform existing production equipment to improve production efficiency and equipment utilization through automation;

5. Responsible for the execution of automation engineering projects, ensure the quality and progress of the project and cost control;

6. Analyze and solve the abnormalities in the installation and commissioning of automation equipment, and propose improvement plans;

7. Other non-routine work arranged by the supervisor.

Job requirements

1. Automation related major, bachelor degree or above;

2. Have management experience in transmission automation, automation software, manufacturing execution system (MES) and other projects;

3. Understand and know how to write automation programs, familiar with the automation equipment development process, those with experience in non-standard automation equipment development and design are preferred, and the design experience focuses on software design;

4. Be proactive in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork coordination ability, good work attitude and the ability to learn quickly;
